The EGYPTAIR Hospitals ophthalmology unit organized a successful scientific conference on May 9, 2025, attended by a select group of physicians from various specialties and nationalities, as well as representatives from EGYPTAIR Hospital and several other hospitals. The conference covered various topics in ophthalmology, such as: • Eyelid surgery • Ophthalmic emergencies and how to deal with different cases • Patient diagnosis • Cataract surgery and multifocal lens implantation • Retinal and vitreous surgeries • Strabismus correction A training workshop was also held on May 10, 2025, for trainees of the Egyptian Fellowship in Ophthalmology. Participants expressed their admiration for the training content, praising its great benefit, and expressing their desire to repeat this experience soon.
