The lectures included numerous medical topics, most notably: • A lecture on rheumatology and immunology, in collaboration with the Department of Dermatology, addressed psoriatic arthritis, its diagnosis methods, and the latest treatments, including biologic medications. • A lecture on diabetes and endocrinology, in collaboration with the Arab Society for the Study of Diabetes and Metabolism, addressed diabetes treatment in the presence of obesity, its side effects, and diabetes medications used to prevent kidney failure and cardiovascular disease. The lecture also addressed topics related to thyroid diseases and how to diagnose thyroid nodules. It also focused on diabetes and thyroid diseases during pregnancy for pregnant women.
