At the third EGYPTAIR Hospital Medical Conference, this commitment was reflected in our slogan: Patient safety first, quality of care always. The General Administration of Quality, headed by Dr. Naglaa Rawi, and the Quality Team delivered insightful lectures and sessions with our guests participating in the conference. These sessions addressed several important topics, such as: • Patient-Centered Care Dr. Mona Samir (Director of Quality Assurance) • Patient Experience Dr. Reham Gamal (Head of Internal Audit and Review) • The Importance of Teamwork for Healthcare Providers (The Magic of Teamwork) Dr. Naglaa Rawi (General Manager of Quality) We were proud of the distinguished participation of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Accreditation and Healthcare Supervision (Dr. Aya Nassar) and a group of quality managers from internationally accredited hospitals, including Dr. Ibrahim El-Laqani, Director of Quality at the Saudi German Hospitals Group In Egypt, (Dr. Sara Tariq), Director of Quality at Baheya Hospital, (Dr. Naglaa Shata), Quality and Medical Tourism Consultant, and (Dr. Ebtessam Mounir), Director of the Professional Diploma in Healthcare Quality at Badr University, presented their inspiring successful experiences through lectures and dialogue sessions on the importance of accreditation and its impact on patient safety and the quality of medical services. One of the conferences highlights was the participation of the World Health Organization (WHO) representative, Dr. Mohamed El-Fayoumi, who emphasized the importance of data and evidence-based decision-making, and their significant role in enhancing patient safety and improving healthcare services. Participating in the dialogue session were Dr. Fatima Ali, Quality Director at Hospital 57357, and Dr. Radwa El-Sayed, Quality Director at the Ismailia Complex. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Shaimaa El-Meniawy, Director of Mashura Hospital Consulting Services.
