As part of EGYPTAIR Hospitals commitment to supporting continuing medical education and developing the skills of medical staff, the General Surgery Department, under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Galhoum, held its regular scientific day entitled "Diagnosing Thyroid Foci." The scientific days activities included: • A scientific lecture delivered by Professor Dr. Sherif Abdel Wahab, Professor of Oncology at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, and Oncology Consultant at EGYPTAIR Hospital. • An awareness lecture on thyroid tumors delivered by Dr. Mohamed Khalaf, Oncology Consultant at the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University. • An awareness lecture for medical staff and the public delivered by Dr. Mohamed Abdullah, Oncology Consultant. • A presentation of some of the cases being treated at the hospital, presented by Dr. Phoebe Samir, Oncology Consultant. This activity aims to exchange experiences, spread awareness, and provide the latest medical information, which will reflect positively on the quality of service and healthcare provided to our patients.
